In addition to his pastoral calling, Overseer Tucker is a Licensed Life Coach and serves as the Lead Coach at

Rooted Coaching Consultancy, where he helps individuals, leaders, and organizations gain clarity, overcome

limitations, and cultivate sustainable personal and professional growth. His coaching approach integrates

spiritual insight with practical strategies, fostering transformation that is both intentional and measurable.

Overseer Tucker is also the Founder of L.I.G.H.T Outreach Services, a nonprofit organization committed to

community upliftment, advocacy, and holistic support. Through L.I.G.H.T Outreach Services, he works to

extend compassion, hope, and tangible resources to underserved communities, embodying faith in action

beyond the walls of the church.
